  • 250g of chocolate
  • 100g of butter
  • 100g of sugar
  • 4 tsp of flour
  • 5 eggs


    1. Melt chocolate and butter together
    2. Add egg yolks, sugar and flour. You can also add some milk until the consistency is liquid
    3. Whip up eggwhites and add
    4. Bake for 15 min at 180 degrees.
