Ingredients

  • 400g of salmon fillets or steaks
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 500g baby spinach, chopped
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  • STEP 1
    Preheat the oven to 190C/fan 170C/gas 5.
  • STEP 2
    In a bowl, mix the baby spinach, the onions with the cream, the salt and the pepper.
  • STEP 3
    Place the salmon pieces in a baking dish and pour the mixture over it.
  • STEP 4
    Cover and cook in the oven for about 40 minutes. Serve.
