Creamy salmon with spinach

Ingredients
- 400g of salmon fillets or steaks
- 300ml heavy cream
- 500g baby spinach, chopped
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- Salt and pepper
Method
- STEP 1Preheat the oven to 190C/fan 170C/gas 5.
- STEP 2In a bowl, mix the baby spinach, the onions with the cream, the salt and the pepper.
- STEP 3Place the salmon pieces in a baking dish and pour the mixture over it.
- STEP 4Cover and cook in the oven for about 40 minutes. Serve.
