Chargrilled gammon with champ & green beans
Give an old favourite a revamp in this smart, great value supper

Ready in 30 minutes
- Boil potatoes until tender then drain. Simmer the spring onions in the milk until soft, then mash into the potatoes with a knob of butter until you have a soft, creamy mash.
- Chargrill (griddle) the gammon for a couple of minutes on each side. Serve with the champ and beans.
