Makes 1 loave
Preparation and cooking times
plus 30 minutes cooling time
- Preheat the oven to 200C
- mix the flour,yeast,salt and water and mix with a fork then hands
- put the dough on the table and knead for 5-10 minutes then leave in a warm place for 20 minutes
- roll out and gradually knead in the cinnamon and raisons
- shape into a loaf and brush on a little melted butter sprinkle on brown sugar
- cook for 20-30 minutes
