Peas with greens
Why not try mixing everyday frozen peas with seasonal veg for a simple side dish?

Ready in 20 minutes- Heat the butter in a large, deep frying pan, then add the onion and garlic. cook for 2-3 minutes until softened, but not coloured. Add the greens and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then pour in the white wine. Simmer for 1 minute.
- Tip in the peas and pour in the chicken stock. Season then cover and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the greens are wilted and just tender.
