Pork & mushroom stroganoff
A warming classic that makes good use of everyday mushrooms

Ready in 20 minutes
- Fry the pork and then the mushrooms in a little oil and butter until cooked. Add the paprika and fry for 1 minute, then add the sherry and bubble until it has evaporated.
- Stir in the soured cream and season well. Sprinkle with another pinch of paprika.
