Amazing pud from very simple ingredients - great hot and almost as good cold. Remember to let it cool for the 10 min as it crisps beautifully (and stays that way, doesn't go soggy). Would be a great topping for plums/apples too............

This was very nice, quick to make and made a change. My partner said he thought he could do with a bit of puff pastry with it!

Very easy and quick, I found it rather rich to be honest. I think I didn't like the dark chocolate so much so may try it with milk chocolate. And I agree with Amanda, it might be a good interesting change to put apples underneath ;)

This was quick and easy to make but it's not up there as a top pudding. The demerara sugar made the top crunchy but it felt like a mouthful of sugar which was slightly unpleasant.

Very easy and delicious. My daughter loves it, but my son only likes the chocolate topping!! The first time I made it I hadn't any maple syrup and used honey instead which was fab.

Mmmmmm! Loved it. What a great way to use up some over-ripe pears. I was low on breadcrumbs, but bulked it out with some oats and I skipped the sugar. Exactly the kind of thing you want to eat on a rainy, miserable winter evening.

I didn't have any dried breadcrumbs so I used fresh brown breadcrumbs mixed with a few oats, and only half the amount of sugar in the recipe. I also used Bertolli spread in place of butter (again, about half of what was in the recipe) and a mixture of maple syrup and honey. I had no idea what it was going to turn out like but it was a huge success and I would definitely make it again the same way. Delicious with vanilla ice cream, and worth leaving it to sit for 10 minutes out of the oven as that made the topping crisp up. I must also add that it tasted a lot better than it looked.
