Amazing pud from very simple ingredients - great hot and almost as good cold. Remember to let it cool for the 10 min as it crisps beautifully (and stays that way, doesn't go soggy). Would be a great topping for plums/apples too............

This was very nice, quick to make and made a change. My partner said he thought he could do with a bit of puff pastry with it!

Very easy and quick, I found it rather rich to be honest. I think I didn't like the dark chocolate so much so may try it with milk chocolate. And I agree with Amanda, it might be a good interesting change to put apples underneath ;)

This was quick and easy to make but it's not up there as a top pudding. The demerara sugar made the top crunchy but it felt like a mouthful of sugar which was slightly unpleasant.
