- Cook the egg noodles until just tender, drain and rinse under cold water. Fry the chopped bacon in oil with the garlic. Add the chilli, curry powder and shredded greens.
- Toss, then add the cooked noodles to the pan with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp chilli sauce.
Rarebit jackets
Halve and scoop out the flesh of 1 cooked baked potato. Mash with a knob of butter, 1 tsp mustard, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, a pinch of cayenne and some grated cheddar. Pile into the skins, top with more cheddar and grill till golden.
