chocolate bread pudding

Ingredients
- 2 cups soft breadcrumbs
- 1 quart of milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 ounces or 50g chocolate
- 2/3 of a cup of caster sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- cream
Method
- STEP 1combine breadcrumbs and milk in a large bowl and allow to sit for 30 mins.meanwhile spread butter around the dish to grease.
- STEP 2melt the chocolate over a pan of simmering water,add the sugar and stir.
- STEP 3slowly stir in the milk and breadcrumbs,then the eggs and vanilla.
- STEP 4pour into the baking dish and bake at 180c for 2 hours or until deep brown.
- STEP 5serve warm with cream.
