  Quite tasty. Garlic bread was the perfect accompaniment, and we thought the dill lifted the flavours so if you're thinking of making this don't omit. May make again, although wonder if there's a way of making this recipe freezable?

  Very tasty and quick to make. Didn't have dill the first time I made it so used basil - it was fine so have kept to this. I tend to have all other ingredients in stock anyway so I keep a packet of seafood in the freezer and it has become a bit of a storecupboard supper for us if I need something quick. I would say the portions aren't generous for 4 so I add some chunks of a white fish which makes it just about right. It is better if you get the frozen seafood packets with scallops and squid in rather than the ones with just squid.

  This was okay but nothing special - hubby liked it though. It seemed to lack depth of flavour. I also had to add some extra water as it thickened too much. Definitely needs the dill to lighten it and to add some colour.

  Nice and creamy... perfect with garlic bread. i added chunks of haddock and omitted wine, but it still tasted nice.

  Cooked this for my husband and son, they both loved it and want to have a go at cooking it themselves. The only problem I had was when I added the cornflour mix, was too intent on getting every last scrap out of the jug rather than stirring the stew so ended up with one solid lump of cornflour which I then had to whisk very hard to mix in!

  Oh this is lovely!! it was really easy and quick. I added additional veg of just rainbow celery stalks sliced into about 2cm pieces. I didn't have any wine in so I used cider instead and I couldn't get dill so used tarragon leaves from the garden. I cooked new potatoes separately and added them to the cooked stew a minute before adding the crème fraiche. The stew was served with the rainbow spinach leaves and tear and share garlic bread. My OH really loved it and said it exceeded far beyond gorgeous... high praise indeed:-)

  Very tasty and the wine provides the extra flavour. Dead easy to make but the portions are a bit stingy, so like another reviewer, we added some chunks of salmon steak. A nice light -almost bland wine like a Pinot Grigio goes very well.

  It was an excellent recipe and the entire family, including my 3 year old niece, loved it! I didn't have wine at home, so used 3/4 th cup cooking sherry instead. Williams definitely do it again.

  Totally amazing, the most tasty dish I've eaten in donkeys! Simple, quick and healthy. Garlic bread in an excellent addition, but thstew alone could stand for itself! It has my full recommendation!

  This recipe is so quick and easy, any combination of seafood can be used, I used fish stock cube instead of chicken, seemed more appropriate and it worked well...lovely!
