Ingredients
- 100g couscous
- olive oil
- vegetable stock
- red pepper
- peas
Method
- STEP 1Add boiling stock to cousous and stand for 15minutes.
- STEP 2In the meantime, prepare vegetables
- STEP 3Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry vegetables for 5 minutes until just soft.
- STEP 4Mix the vegetables with the cousous.
- STEP 5season and serve!
