Ingredients

  • 100g couscous
  • olive oil
  • vegetable stock
  • red pepper
  • peas

Method

  • STEP 1
    Add boiling stock to cousous and stand for 15minutes.
  • STEP 2
    In the meantime, prepare vegetables
  • STEP 3
    Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry vegetables for 5 minutes until just soft.
  • STEP 4
    Mix the vegetables with the cousous.
  • STEP 5
    season and serve!
