Serves 1 - 12 Tartlets

A sweet melt in the mouth pastry, perfect for fruit tarts and pies.

Ingredients

  • 200g Flour
  • 50g Sugar
  • 100g Butter
  • Water

Method

    1. Measure out all ingredients
    2. Put flour and sugar into a large mixing bowl
    3. Rub in butter until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs
    4. Add a few teaspoons of water at a time, and mix until pastry makes a ball. (Pastry ball should not be sticky, if this happens add a little more flour)
    5. Use as required.
