Ingredients

  • 8oz margarine or butter
  • 8oz sugar
  • 3 or 4 eggs (depending on size of egg 3 if large 4 if medium)
  • 100ml of milk
  • 200g bar of milk choc (smashed into bits)
  • 100g chopped hazelnuts
  • 2oz of cocco
  • 6oz of self raising flour

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cream the margarine and sugar with a spoon
  • STEP 2
    Add the eggs and milk and beat with a whisk (either electric or by hand)
  • STEP 3
    Stir in the hazelnuts and chocolate
  • STEP 4
    Fold in the flour and cocco using a metal spoon but gradually
  • STEP 5
    place in a greased 8" tin and place in oven at 180 degrees C and bake for about 40mins or until pronge comes out clean
  • STEP 6
    You can put the mix into bun cases but reduce the cooking time to 30 mins
