Hazelnut and chocolate cake

Ingredients
- 8oz margarine or butter
- 8oz sugar
- 3 or 4 eggs (depending on size of egg 3 if large 4 if medium)
- 100ml of milk
- 200g bar of milk choc (smashed into bits)
- 100g chopped hazelnuts
- 2oz of cocco
- 6oz of self raising flour
Method
- STEP 1Cream the margarine and sugar with a spoon
- STEP 2Add the eggs and milk and beat with a whisk (either electric or by hand)
- STEP 3Stir in the hazelnuts and chocolate
- STEP 4Fold in the flour and cocco using a metal spoon but gradually
- STEP 5place in a greased 8" tin and place in oven at 180 degrees C and bake for about 40mins or until pronge comes out clean
- STEP 6You can put the mix into bun cases but reduce the cooking time to 30 mins
