This cheesecake is extremely easy to make and tastes delicious. Using gingernut biscuits for the base gives it a crunchy texture and the galaxy chocolate makes this dessert heavenly!!!

I promise you that you will love it! Originally this recipe had icing sugar in it, but I felt that it doesn't really need it as the galaxy chocolate is sweet enough!!! Please let me know how it goes!!!

I infact made it again the other night and it all disappered within the one night! I added extra galaxy chocolate, about 30, 40g or so to the filling and this made it even more delicious. This is my alltime favourite dessert recipe!!!

Fabulous recipe. Enjoyed by the whole family. I did add a small amount of icing sugar to the recipe only about a tablespoon and because we love ginger made the base with just gingernuts, and it was just right. Will definately be making again.

Made this for pud for Easter Sunday. So easy to make. Used only ginger biscuits and didn't crush them too finely as I wanted a crunchy base (been watching lots of cookery progs. Need different textures !) When I turned it out of the tin I thought the chocolate filling didn't look thick enough but it definitely was. Absolutely yummy but extremely rich so you don't need a huge slice. This will definitely but one to make again. Thanks xx :)
