Ingredients

  • 4oz margarine
  • 4oz chocolate chips
  • 6 oz self raising flour
  • 3oz soft brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 2 tbsp milk

Method

  • STEP 1
    Pre-heat oven to 180c and grease a baking tray.
  • STEP 2
    Beat the butter until soft than add the brown sugar.
  • STEP 3
    Add the milk, syrup, flour and chocolate chips, and stir well.
  • STEP 4
    Using a spoon put 8 spoons fulls onto the baking tray.
  • STEP 5
    Cook for 10min until golden brown.
  • STEP 6
    Remove from tray and cool on a wire wrack.
