Didn't look as nice as the picture but tasted great. Used slightly less white choc and dark choc instead of plain. It meant we could only have a tiny slice each but everyone was pleased with the result.

These are very tasty, you can only have one at a time though because they are quite rich.

Brill! Made them twice now and everyone seems to love them!
The weights and measurements didn't quite fill my dish so I had to double everything.
They were a little greasy and crumbly last time so I only used 3/4 of the butter and added double the chocolate, worked well!

These are ridiculous!! They are SO easy and taste amazing!! And they are addictive! I cut them into small squares rather than bars to make them go further - they are great as part of Christmas/Easter goodie boxes/bags that I do every year! I usually add a Tbsp or 2 of milk or cream to the white choc icing so it is easier to cut! I also leave it out of the fridge for about 30mins before I cut it otherwise the maltesers in the slice tend to shatter! DEVINE! One of my staple recipes!

They are very easy to make but as we are not keen on white chocolate I put a mixture of milk and white for the base and put dark chocolate on the top and I also process the maltesers down a bit.
