Ingredients

  • 1 ui
  • 250 gr zachte boter ( roomboter mengen met margarine)
  • 500 gr mascarpone
  • paprikapoeder
  • zout
  • fijngesneden bieslook

Method

    1. snipper en pureer een ui
    2. klop de boter romig en voeg mascarpone en ui toe
    3. Voeg wat paprikapoeder er door zodat het een licht roze kleur krijgt
    4. Op smaak brengen met zout
    5. fijngesnipperde bieslook erdoor mengen
