Method

  1. Mash the butter and sauce together with the coriander. Form into a sausage and wrap in clingfilm. Chill rapidly in freezer.
  2. BBQ the corn turning frequently for about 7-10 minutes. Serve with slices of the chilli on top.

    I just mixed some sweet chilli sauce with some garlic and butter and they were delicious done on the BBQ
