BBQ corn with garlic & chilli butter

- Mash the butter and sauce together with the coriander. Form into a sausage and wrap in clingfilm. Chill rapidly in freezer.
- BBQ the corn turning frequently for about 7-10 minutes. Serve with slices of the chilli on top.
