Mustardy potato salad

A quick and easy dish using baby new potatoes that's ideal for a barbecue

Method

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and toss with the potatoes when cool.

    Yummy :-) In Germany, we do the same thing but also add some finely diced and crispy-fried pieces of bacon / "Speck"... so good!

    I'm not a huge potato fan but I could eat these EVERY day, sometimes I have to make twice the amount because by the time I've finished picking, half the bowl is empty. Tastiest when still a little warm but just as delicious cold.

    I made this and took to a BBQ. It was divine and gone within seconds. I will admit to adding more mustard than was specified for a little extra kick. It really was superb!
