Cobb salad with turkey & avocado
Try this very good version of the classic garden salad for a quick no-cook supper

Ready in 10 minutes
- To make the dressing mix 2 tbsp oil with the other ingredients in a small bowl and season.
- Arrange all the salad ingredients, except the bacon, on a serving plate. Crumble over the bacon and spoon over the dressing just before serving.

- 100g mini plum tomatoes , quartered
- 50g watercress , leaves only
- 2 slices smoked bacon , cooked
DRESSING
- 2 tbsp Roquefort , crumbled
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
