Ingredients

  • 800 g frozen peas
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 1/2 cups grated pecorino
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Method

    1. Put the peas into a bowl. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Grate the pecorino.
    2. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet. Add garlic, stir for a minute. Add partly defrozen peas. Stir for about 5 minutes over high heat. Season. Mash the peas. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and the grated pecorino. Stir.
