  Very nice and super quick. I couldnt find the peppers in my supermarket, so I used sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil instead. I tnk I got the same result, and will contine to cook this with the tomatoes instead.

  Really enjoyed this recipe. Easy to do and very tasty. Used a chunk of chorizo and chopped it into small pieces which was tastier than the thin chorizo. Also found it mixed better when using pasta shapes instead of spaghetti.

  So quick and easy! I chopped up a chorizo sausage, used up a jar of peppers and we were having supper outside in no time. Goes great with a glass of Roija as well....

  Very tasty! I used a whole 280g jar of Tesco Roasted Pepper Antipasti (in oil - which I drained) with good results. I was then able to use less oil to fry the chorizo. Very well balanced for flavours, and was appreciated by all the family.

  Made this last as a quick family supper, really quick and easy to make, I used dried wholemeal spaghetti (healthy option) and quite spicy chorizo sausage and it was delicious! I will definitely be making this again, and again.

  This was delicious and quick and easy to make. Just ensure you do add plenty of the reserved water at the end as it does get quite dry.

  Delicious! I didn't have fresh parsley to hand, so instead I used fresh basil. I have since used fresh parsley and I must say that the result was equally good:)

  Was good although not particularly exciting. However considering how quick and easy it is I should not be too fussy (I was between 3 and 4 stars for marking) I used pasta instead of spaghetti and basil as I had no parsley. Might make again but would probably add a few things to it (like olives).

  Made quite a few times as a firm favourite this time added chicken breast chopped at thebegining and smoked paprika red onion and the sausage and sundried tomatoes still very tastyand versatile. I always use the oil from the sundried tomatoes insteade of olive oil adds more flavour.

  Very easy to make and tasted nice but am I the only one that finds it almost impossible to mix a sauce like this INTO spaghetti?!
