Method

  1. Cream the margarine and sugar until they are light and fluffy.
  2. Mix in the eggs and bananas.
  3. Add the flour and baking powder.
  4. Add the milk and bicarbonate of soda. Stir well.
  5. Pour into a greased cake tin and bake for 45 minutes at 180C
