This is quick, easy and very tasty. I'm a veggie so missed out the tuna but added chopped fresh and sun-dried tomatoes, cucumber, pepper and feta cheese. It's a great alternative to sandwiches and really filling. A great way to use up the bits in the fridge so that it tastes different every time. Will definitely make again :-).

Love the recipe, often use it to make lunches for my partner who is on a calorie controlled diet and he finds it very tasty. However, I've researched the nutritional info and 50g of white fusilli pasta alone equals around 180 calories, so this seems incorrect which is disappointing.

It refers to "leftover" pasta so I'm assuming that's the cooked weight. The calorie info you've quoted is for 50g of uncooked pasta.

I love this recipe! I make it for my lunch a lot and have made it for picnics as well. I like it best cold. It's a nice change and healthy too.

Simple and tasty, perfect for your lunchbox. I'm a huge fan of pesto so this was always going to be a winner for me. Would consider adding a few olives next time, but really it's great as it is.

Great Lunch, We used 1 Tbsp Pesto mixed with 2 tsp of Mayo and 1 tsp of oil due to lack of other ingredients. My 18 month old loved it and licked the plate once she'd eaten all the food, a sign she enjoyed it!

easy to make, tastes good. I used real tomatoes instead of dry tomatoes and it was just as good.

A nice change for a lunch. The quantities are two small however, 100g of pasta isn't enough for two portions. Strangely when you increase the pasta you don't really need to increase the other elements as they compliment the dish well. Adding capers is a really good suggestion.

its ok but good for guide camp

I've made this loads of times, but use a tin of 'no drain' tuna in sunflower oil. There's just enough oil to keep it all moist.

Very easy very tasty, I used anchovies instead of tuna as I did not have tuna!

This sounds really nice,But i think i will replace the tuna with chicken breast chunks and sundried tomatoes instead of the capers not a lover of these.I will let you know how it tastes.

Anybody got any ideas what I could add to this instead of tuna? I'm veggie, so would like to add an alternative source of protein - maybe roast marinated tofu?
