  Please try this. IT IS DELICIOUS. I served it with roast pheasants but it would be equaly as good with pork. It is Christmasy and happy and so good for you

  This is lovely! So easy to rustle up and very healthy. Makes a fantastic side dish for roast chicken, and I look forward to trying it with sausages, as someone else has suggested here. If only raw beetroot was more readily available! Will have to try growing my own. This recipe is my new favourite thing to do with raw beetroot.

  I love this! I can't stop making it. I served this with Garlic and Rosemary roasted leg of lamb with watercress salad and small roasties done in the garlic and rosemay oil from the meat. The earthiness but sweetness of the beetroot went so well with the lamb. It is so quick and easy to make, everybody who has tried it has really liked it too. I am taking a big bowlful to a BBQ this weekend :)

  We love this salad. Sometimes I add grated carrot at the end with the honey etc. Good either hot or cold

  I loved this salad which I made tonight with fish and new potatoes. Very quick and easy to make, such a nice way to eat beetroot. Looking forward to having the leftovers cold for tomorrow's lunch.

  This recipe is perfect for cold summer days as well as winter. I omitted the mustard (for personal reasons), and used lime instead of lemon, adding some grated zest too. Delicious! Can't wait for tomorrow when i will make even more :)
