Roasted tomato, halloumi & quinoa salad

It may be similar to couscous, but this healthy seed has a little more bite. Try it in this great value supper dish

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7. Put the tomatoes on a baking tray, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and season. Roast for 25 minutes until the edges are frizzled. Put the onion, vinegar, 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil and cumin in a bowl with lots of seasoning and toss.
  2. Cook the quinoa following pack instructions, drain well then toss with the onion and dressing. Grill the halloumi until golden. Toss the parsley and tomatoes with the quinoa then top with slices of halloumi and serve. Serve with pitta bread and yogurt for a more substantial meal.

    This was ok. I found the raw onion a bit overwhelming and generally the dish as a whole a bit bland. The only thing I really enjoyed was the haloumi! Not awful, but there are better things which can be done with quinoa and I will not be making it again.

    If you think Patrick`s story is something,, 5 weaks-ago my sis basically brought home $8693 working a fourty hour month an their house and the're buddy's mother-in-law`s neighbour has done this for 4 months and recieved a check for more than $8693 parttime online. applie the guidelines available on this page... >>>>>>bit90.com<<<<<<

    If you think Rebecca`s story is exceptional..., last week my boy frends brother basically earned $4723 workin a fourty hour month from there apartment and there buddy's step-mother`s neighbour did this for 8-months and errned more than $4723 in there spare time from there pc. use the information on this page,=====>>>wow65.com<<<=====
