  Made these with the children. Easy to do and went down a treat. Will def make again. Instead of choc chips we just broke up 100g bar of dark chocolate.

  Very easy to make and turned out perfectly. Will definitely make again! I didn't use choc chips, just broke up some chocolate, and I didn't roll them out, just rolled small balls and flattened onto the baking tray.

  Fairly good, had to use fudge instead of chocolate chips -- didn't go to well though as fudge went everywhere -- but overall really nice. Would recommend putting in mini marshmallows!

  A great recipe! So simple to make! I halved this recipe to make around 15 biscuits. I've made these for valentines day for my boyfriend. I used heart shaped cookie cutters and instead of chocolate chips I used 100g of cut up chunks of chocolate. I then coated half the heart shaped cookie in milk chocolate. Wrapped up in some cute packaging these will be such a cute home made gift.

  These were lovely, I iced with a little water icing and instead of cutting them out rolled a big sausage and sliced it to make rounds which saved time.

  Very disappointed with this recipe. The Dough came out really wet and I had to put a lot of flour on to be able to roll them out. They're more like chocolate chip rock cakes than shortbread. I also found they lacked any real flavour. Won't be making these again!

  I was surprised by how good they tasted! And so easy to bake! I froze 3/4 of the batch for later, hopefully they won't have lost the flavour!!

  I used a heart shaped cookie cutter to make these as a valentines treat for work and they went down a storm! Had to add in an extra yolk to bind the mixture as I found it quite dry and crumbly but the end result was delicious - will definitely be making these again!
