  So tasty - the balsamic smells a bit alarming when poaching but the vinegary smell dies down, leaving a lovely depth to the blueberry sweetness. I cooked them a few minutes longer than the recipe stated so they'd be soft enough to mash with a fork, to make a more liquidy ice cream sauce for my 2-year-old daughter. She loved it!

  Loved it, so tasty! Easiest desert ever and my 6 and 3 yr old boys loved it too! This will be a regular dish from now on!

  Made this for dinner last night very easy & quick but seemd to end up with a bit too much liquid, may re think the method if I make it again, maybe cook to puree or omit water? Very tasty though

  was a bit doubtful about the balsamic vinegar but it turned out really well and so simple to make. Delicious, will be making this again.
