Really lovely recipe. I infused the strawberries with orange zest and rosewater before making the puree and it made it much more summery!

Lovely recipe, was a refreshing desert that left my in-laws wanting more. Will next time add small chunks of berries to add to the texture.

I've cooked this multiple times and it's such an easy, delicious and light dessert. It's sometimes a little runny, so not quite five stars, but a very good finish to a heavy meal.

Ok - used only a little of the puree but still it didn't set. nice flavour but not a mousse, more of a runny strawberry soup! I left it in the fridge for hours before eating too! Wouldn't make it again.

I replaced strawberries with blackberries as it was what I had left in the freezer and it was divine. Really easy to make and set perfectly.

The mousse was perfect but after chi lling there was a watery residue in the bottom of the glass. Please advise how to avoid this.
