Strawberries Romanoff
One really easy pudding for summer - the orange really brings out the flavour of the strawberries

Preparation and cooking times
Ready in 10 minutes plus chilling
- Put the strawberries in a bowl with the orange juice and a slug of cointreau. Macerate for 15 minutes.
- Spoon into bowls, sprinkle on the orange zest and divide the cream between them
