Strawberries Romanoff

One really easy pudding for summer - the orange really brings out the flavour of the strawberries

Method

  1. Put the strawberries in a bowl with the orange juice and a slug of cointreau. Macerate for 15 minutes.
  2. Spoon into bowls, sprinkle on the orange zest and divide the cream between them

    This was lovely! But I didn't MACERATE the Strawberries I just MARINADED them!!! Also I might try this with Greek Yogurt next time and not so much zest.

    I am wondering if there is a misprint in the method for this recipe. It says "macerate" for 15 minutes. I would have thought that the word should be "Marinate" - could make a considerable difference!
