  This was easy and tasty - a little bit different. I did warm my spring onion sauce slightly in the microwave beforehand as I didn't really like the idea of pouring cold sauce over hot food.

  Very nice, will definitely make again. One to avoid if you don't like the taste of lime but we do and absolutely loved it!

  Changed th curry powder to Garam masalla and the chilli to green pepper (due to allergies) was delicious and will definately make again

  Yummy recipe! We added some chicken stock and thickened with some corn flour so we had extra sauce for the rice. Going on the menu for next week too. Thanks!

  Lovely, we all enjoyed it. I doubled it but only used 1 chili and 1 lime and it was still gorgeous. I used a cajun spice on chicken breasts and sliced a bit before grilling, worked fine.

  Made this last night for the second time. It was the first time I used the lime juice though, as I'm not known to be the biggest fan of it. I must say - it was deeeelicious! My only complaint is that the rice/bean mix is a little bland, but hey, that can always be tweaked in one way or another!
