  2. Stir in the tomato purée, then pour on the stock and simmer for 5-8 mins until the pork is cooked through. Finally, mix in the soured cream and some seasoning. Serve with egg noodles, tagliatelle or rice, and an extra dollop of soured cream, if you like.

Pretty awful! Didn't put in anywhere near the recommended amount of paprika and it was far too peppery for us! :( Nothing special and the pepper dominates everything else. enough to put us off our dinner!

Although I quite enjoyed this, others felt it needed a bit more of a kick. If I make it again, I'll use chilli - or I like the idea of red pepper!

A wonderful recipe! Hearty yet healthy and SO quick and easy to make! A brilliant mid-week meal. Although I definitely think it would be great for a dinner party too. Made it for my husband and his friend who raved about it! Although not sure how it serves 5 - it just about served two lads (albeit with large appetites!) and me! Served with rice and green beans, and an extra dollop of sour cream. Bet it's good with mash too. Going to be a firm fave in our house!

Really nice dish, very tasty. I felt it needed quite a lot of salt to bring the flavour out though. Agree that it should be one and a hlaf teaspoons of paprika, not one and a half tablespoons. I served it with tagliatelle which was lovely - very quick and easy midweek meal. Four servings were pushing it though, more like three!

Really enjoyable dish and easy to make. We like quite spicy food so only put 1 tbsp of sour cream in.

This is Yummy! it is a real winter warmer, something you don't always get with healthy food. The amount of Paprika makes it quite spicy, so for those of you who like it on the mild side, I would add less paprika or a dollop extra soured cream, to take away the burn.

This is a quick, easy recipe, and delicious. I will definitely be making this again and again. I added garlic, chilli flakes and chopped parsley. I didn't have any smoked paprika so used ordinary paprika instead, and served it with rice. There was plenty for the 3 of us. Delicious!

I was qute hopeful about this recipe but sadly I thought it was really bland :( I served it with spaghetti. My husband said he enjoyed it, and my children ate it all but I wont be making it again. It could really do with some white wine, garlic and some thyme or something, and served with mashed potato.

Me and my wife just cooked this together and WOW, it tasted so good. color and texture looked very different to the picture above, but I prefered the look of ours anyway. The only thing I can think of that we might have done differently was the type of sour cream; it was in a squeezable bottle that we use with tortillas. We also made the chicken stock with 2 stock cubes in water. Either way; a very nice and incredibally easy recipe.

Was super delicious and really filling. Served it with rice. We did have some creme fresh that needed using up so used that instead of sour cream which still worked very well. Only thing I should have done was to cut the diced pork into smaller chunks but apart from that my entire family enjoyed it. Definitely would make it again!

Absolutely delicious and in heavy rotation in our kitchen now! I usually add more chilli flakes because we like our food a touch spicier, but other than that its gorgeous!

This was quick, easy and very tasty. Followed the recipe exactly. The smoked paprika did not make the dish spicy, just nicely flavoured. Served it with fresh pasta, and will definitely be making again. Probably nice with chicken too.
