Method

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan, tip in the onions and cook for 10 mins until soft and golden. Add the pork and mushrooms and cook on a high heat for 3-4 mins until browned. Add the paprika and cook for 1 min more.
  2. Stir in the tomato purée, then pour on the stock and simmer for 5-8 mins until the pork is cooked through. Finally, mix in the soured cream and some seasoning. Serve with egg noodles, tagliatelle or rice, and an extra dollop of soured cream, if you like.

This was much tastier than I expected. My family enjoyed it. Even my 4 year old ate it all. It was really quick to make for a mid-week tea after work.

Yep I agree with all the previous comments this is simple and tasty. All the family enjoyed it. I addes a few slice of red pepper because they needed using up and served with rice.

This is genius - easy, quick and completely delicious. It feels like it should be rammed with calories as it is so creamy - doing this again to maintain the illusion of being a domestic goddess!

Made this last night, very easy to make and tastier than I thought it would be. My boyfriend had seconds. I served it with rice but will try tagliatelle next time.

A really quick and tasty mid-week meal. Like others have said, this was much tastier than I thought. I served it with rice but felt the need for some veg so steamed some green beans too. Very nice - will definitely make again as I'm always short of recipes for diced pork!

Nice, tasty & filling dish. Could do with maybe a little more spice to it. Lovely served with a mixed white/wild rice. Will definitely be cooking this one again.

Delicious, creamy and hearty. I notice that both online and in the magazine the ingredients state 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS of smoked paprika... I think teaspoons may be better and then add a little chilli if you want that extra kick.

Gorgeous dish but would be out of this world with a bit of a kick like chilli or cayenne. We had this with egg noodles but think would be best served with pasta. Alas super filling and will def be trying again with the tweeks
