a very healthy good tasting soup o fmixed vegetables and goats liver for all ages try it out and you will want more everyday

Method

  1. put the water in a small pot and heat to boil
  2. chop carrot potato tomato onion spring onion and squash do not chop parsley leave as it is
  3. add the liver to boil for 5 minutes then add the vegetables
  4. 5 minutes later add the butter and black pepper and salt
  5. when u see that the vegetables and liver are well cooked remove from fire and cool a bit. do not through the water away in a blender blend all together to make a thick yet soft soup. garnish with some parsley and serve
  6. tips: add water as desired but make sure they dont dry because u need it inmaking the soup add liver as desired as well

    dont dry off the water you need the water to make the soup but make sure the vegetables and liver are cooked i hope you like it:)

  • 1tomato peeled off
  • 1onion
  • 1squash
  • 3 piceces of liver or as desired
