  This cake is very easy to make,The whole family loved it,Made 6 in total,Gets better every time you make it,Also i have tryed it with adding Mixed Spice and Cinnamon, Also i have added Currants GAS OVEN TEMP.180=4 GAS OVEN TEMP.130=2

  Made this yesterday, my family normally hate banana cake. But they loved this one. I added ground mixed spice and currants, and it was a hit! Will be making this again for sure.

  Just made this morning and had to tweak as had run out of caster sugar! Used soft brown sugar instead and added a few dark choc chips, Mmmmm Delicious. Fantastic way to use up banana's I ordered shopping online and had a glut!

  A very nice cake, I added some left over Christmas Thorntons rum and raisin fudge chopped into little cubes! Result... scrummy!! We ate some warm and this was lovely, but a little stodgy. Not sure if that was because of the fudge though?!
