Method

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a deep pan. (CAUTION: Hot oil can be very dangerous. Do not leave unattended.)
  2. 2. Soak the onion rings in milk.
  3. 3. Place the flour on the plate.
  4. 4. Remove the onion rings from the milk and coat them in the flour.
  5. 5. Deep fry in the oil for 2-3 minutes or until crisp and golden.

    i love fresh onion, rings good with a good old fashioned fish and chip
