Flapjack has always eluded me - I can make any thing you can think of but not this - till now. This is a great recipe simple and produces lovely results. I add all sorts of things like seeds and nuts and my daughter loves it. Thank You I now have nothing I cant do.

So quick and easy!! The look of horror came across my families faces when I said I had made flapjack - it usually resembles a brick! But not now!! YUM!!

After years of searching, I've finally found a great flapjack recipe. Neither too sticky nor too doughy. Better than lots of 'cheffy' recipes
