YUM YUM! Made with pork steaks for hubby and quorn fillets for me. Added a splash of red wine, but otherwise followed recipe as it was and really enjoyed. Made it with the "winter root veg mash with crispy topping" recipe from this site. Delicious! Will definitely make again.

Made this with a lovely piece of pork loin that happen to defrost with a power cut and i needed a quick and very easy recipe.

This is so lovely although sweet, a small amount of salt and pepper can even it off, served it with boiled rice.

I would make this again. Yummy!!!

Made this with the leftover (homemade) cranberry sauce from Christmas and potato and swede mash. The sauce was lovely and sticky, not too sweet, and complemented the pork beautifully. And so easy to make! Will definitely make this again.
