Pear Orchard
A beautiful ruby-coloured cocktail to share with your friends, from the famous Fifth Floor Bar at Harvey Nichols

- In a large jug, muddle the blackberries, then add plenty of ice. Add the pear juice, vodka, Poire William (or pear liqueur) and vanilla gomme syrup, then stir. Add juice of half a lemon and garnish with an apple fan.
