Yummy, healthier dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 mashed banana & 1 cubed
  • 1/2 punnet of blueberries
  • 5tbsp oats
  • 1-2tbsp light muscavado sugar
  • 1tbsp wholemeal flour
  • 1tbsp olive oil spread
  • 2tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 2tbsp pupkin seeds

Method

    1. 180'C, put fruit in ramakins
    2. Rub in fat to oats and flour, add sugar, nuts and seeds, sprinkle on
    3. 17mins cooking or more until golden
