The Good Food Country Breeze
Something for the Weekend's mixologist Wayne Collins created this cocktail especially for us, so it'd be rude not to try it...

Prep 5 mins
- Mix the gin, crème de cassis and apple juice in a cocktail shaker or mixing glass. Squeeze over the lime. Pour into a glass filled with ice and add an apple slice.
