Method

  1. Whizz the pack of frozen berries in a blender with the orange juice.
  2. Swirl the whipped cream with the crushed meringues and pile into glasses.

Lemon & ginger layers

Mix Greek yogurt with lemon zest and a squeeze of juice, then swirl in some lemon curd. Crush ginger biscuits to crumbs then layer up the biscuits and lemon yogurt in pretty glasses.

    This is a fanastic quick mid-week dessert though I have also served it at an impromptu dinner and had great revues. Last September whilst sailing around the Whitsundays it was even part of an evening meal! it is soooooooo easy.

    Yeah this is easy and always well received. Use fresh raspberries (no orange juice needed) and top with four whole raspberrys. Nice adult dessert. Traditionally made with strawberries.

    I made this for a dinner party. My inlaws liked it but me and my fiancé hated it. Not sweet enough at all. Won't be making again
