I made this for a family gathering over Christmas. I put all the raspberries in the mixture and made the sauce from strawberries. It was really delicious and definitely looked the part. It was very easy to make and I will certainly be doing it again.

I've always been in two minds when it came to cheesecake. This however, is by far the best cheesecake I have ever had. I made it for a smalll dinner party and it went down a treat. I'm still being asked to make it on a regular basis.

This has to be the best cheesecake I've ever tasted. I made it for a family gathering and everyone was so impressed! And quite easy to make.

I made this with strawberries instead of raspberries for my boyfriend's birthday and it was very well received. What I did differently from the recipe though was that I put all the berries in the cake and had extra strawberries that I made into chunky compote to pour over the piece of cake before eating.

My brother made this for a family dinner and it went down a storm. I have since made it for a party and again it was a huge success. It really is a simple recipe but tastes much more complicated than it is, a great way to impress.
