So easy to make and tastes absolutely delicious! Was VERY difficult to stop myself cutting another slice as soon as i had finished my first. I made mine with strawberries instead of raspberries as raspberries aren't in season to rather expensive at the moment! Also put some chunks of dark chocolate in with the strawberries and used chocolate digestives for the base.

Made a mistake of not using a deep enough cake tin for the cheesecake, so just made two and froze one! Which is great as now i have a "here's a one i made earlier" to whip out in case of guests or a party!

Quick & simple to make and tastes AMAZING! a lot lighter than most cheesecakes too - ideal after a large meal. instead of soured cream i used the smae amount of milk with a dsh of lemon juice - it tasted fine!

Fantastic, looks and tastes brilliant! Definitely recommend. Mine did crack on top but it wasn't a problem as the raspberries and sauce covered it all up!

I have made this 3 times in the last week! Yes, it is that good!! Everyone who has tasted it has asked for the recipe. Don't look anywhere else for this is the BEST recipe for a baked cheesecake I have found.

The cheesecakes in the Netherlands aren't baked so this was a new experience but it came out amazing. Really easy to make and tastes delicious. And it truly looks like it's made by a chef.

Made this in the summer for a dinner party and it went down an absolute treat...they loved it. The only thing I would do differently next time is to double the biscuit quantity as I thought the base should be slightly thicker.

really, really lovely, we doubled the biscuit base, and glad we did as the mixture is really runny and we thought we had done something wrong when the mixture started to leak from the tin, but having said that the best cheescake we have tasted 5 stars

First time I've made a cheesecake and it came out brilliantly! Best to leave till the day after for consumption....definitely worth the wait!

Fantastic recipe. I'm not a lover of cheesecake due to the chalky aftertaste it often leaves in my mouth but I used this recipe to make one for the family. This was the first time I had attempted a cheesecake and it came out wonderfully! I wasn't sure if it had gone well, but when I tasted it the next day (was in the fridge overnight) the texture was so soft and silky that I ate an entire slice, and then went back for more!

Fool proof recipe. This was my first attempt at a cheesecake and it came out great. Though I was unsure whether to leave it out or put it in the fridge (yes, as obvious as it might seem with hindsight!) I put it in the fridge overnight and the texture the next day was amazing. Really wonderful recipe.

I have made this on numerous occasions and it has become a firm favourite with my friends and family. I would suggest adding 12 digestive biscuits and 75g butter as the base can be quite thin. I always use 1 tub full fat cream cheese and one tub extra light and it still tastes fantastic.
