All about BBC Good Food's Healthy Diet Plan...
Our Healthy Diet Plan includes recipes compiled by BBC Good Food’s nutritional therapist Kerry Torrens. It includes 21 nutritionally balanced meals including breakfasts, lunches and dinners, plus healthy snack suggestions for the week ahead, accompanied by tips and information to help you understand these healthier choices.
Kerry Torrens explains what you can expect from BBC Good Food’s Healthy Diet Plan:
''After a month on this plan, you’ll feel full of energy – and you may even see some weight loss too. The plan is well balanced, so none of the major food groups have been left out, giving your body a boost of nutritionally rich food from fresh fruit and veg, lean protein, healthy fats, wholegrains and fibre, while staying well hydrated. The focus is on low-GI eating, so you get enough of the right kind of carbs, balanced with lean sources of protein in every meal and snack.''
When will I get my first meal plan?
We will send you an e-mail shortly after you sign up with links to the meal plans included. If you have any problems with accessing or receiving the plans please e-mail us at email@example.com.
