Our Healthy Diet Plan for Summer 2016 brings you 15 brand-new recipes that are easy to make, quick to cook and minimise waste, packed with healthy fats, lean protein and slow-release carbs. Recipe writer Sara Buenfeld and nutritional therapist Kerry Torrens have collaborated on the plan, so you can expect to increase energy, stabilise moods, improve digestion and boost your immunity.

Our Healthy Diet Plan for January 2016 contains 15 easy breakfasts, lunches and dinners to help you boost health, lose weight and feel great. The recipes have been written by Justine Pattison and overseen by nutritional therapist Kerry Torrens to make sure all the recipes meet daily RIs, deliver at least five of your five portions of fruit and veg each day and are optimally balanced for great health.

I read your article on healthy diets for women. Your nutritionists advice is ok if you can swallow complex carbs - I can't, my throat is too narrow and my mouth too dry. There must be an alternative to bread, potato, pasta, rice ... Reading her advice it is a wonder I am fit and healthy.
