Among the awards and accolades have been four consecutive Michelin stars, an AA Restaurant Guide rating as one of Britain's top 20 chefs, a number of Rosettes and, of course, the enviable ability to make what the Good Food Guide calls 'supreme puddings'.
Away from the kitchen, Phil has a quite a following, with his recipes and writing appearing in various food magazines, as well as making regular appearances on ITV's This Morning programme which his wife Fern Britton co-hosts.
Phil has also written several bestselling cookbooks, which have attracted rave reviews including Just Food, The Proof of the Pudding and most recently A Passion For Puddings.
