His passion for food, has lead him to make regular contributions to Food & Wine Magazine and Observer Food Monthly blogand his very own blog, noodlepie.

Originally from Rugby, Graham has travelled much through work, living in South Korea and Vietnam for ten years. He spent five of those years in Saigon and says 'Every spare morsel of time was spent looking for food, eating food or writing about food'.

He now lives resides in the south of France.
