Dom Dwight is a Yorkshire-based food writer. A renegade southerner who now calls Leeds home, he started out doing the odd bar review for fun. Six years later and it's all become rather more serious - he became food and drink editor of The Leeds Guide, and eventually editor, which seems to keep him rather busy.

Devoted martyr that he is, he still finds the time to squeeze in a fair bit of 'professional' eating, acting as head judge for the Leeds Restaurant Awards, freelancing as a restaurant inspector, and regularly acting as a guest 'food' pundit for local radio. Despite having eaten in some amazing places, his favourite gig is still the time he ate food found in bins for Radio 4.
